-
A noisy and over-excited reaction to something minor.
-
A lively commotion you absolutely did not mean to start, but will now be moderating with snacks.
Sniff test: Something sweet that invited something spiced, and neither one is leaving.
Scent Notes (Annotated)
Top: Exuberant Pineapple
Heart: Black Tea, Cardamom & Cloves
Base: Ginger, Incense & Milk
The Entry
Brouhaha is what happens when something small becomes a whole event. A comment becomes a conversation; a plan becomes a production; a quiet evening becomes a kitchen full of opinions. This is the candle equivalent of "we'll just have one" — spoken by people who do not mean it, and shouldn't be trusted when they do.
It opens with pineapple — bright, loud, and delighted with itself — then swings straight into masala chai like it's arriving late to a party and still somehow hosting. Ginger, incense, and milk stay behind to make it feel intentional.
Recommended setting: When you need the room to feel alive, but not chaotic enough to require a group text apology.
Pairs well with: last-minute plans, good gossip, and the kind of laughter that carries.
Gifting
Best for: the friend who turns "quick update" into a 45-minute story (and you love them for it).
Occasions: housewarmings, birthdays, "I saw this and thought of you" moments.
Care + the boring but reassuring part
Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn
Burn until the melt pool reaches the edges (helps avoid tunneling)
Never leave a burning candle unattended; keep away from drafts, pets, and anything flammable
Stop use when 1/2" of wax remains
Available in 8 oz and 14 oz. Hand-poured and marbled in small batches — each one a one-off specimen.
