1. The short version
Doors at 7 Co. sells hand-poured, hand-marbled candles and wax melts. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We've written them to be read by humans, not just lawyers — but they are binding all the same.
2. Products
Every candle is poured and marbled by hand in small batches. Because of this, the swirl pattern, color depth, and surface of your candle will vary slightly from the photographs. This is the nature of hand-marbled goods and is considered a feature, not a defect. Burn times (30+ hours for 8 oz, 40+ hours for 14 oz three-wick) are estimates based on proper candle care — trimming the wick and avoiding drafts.
3. Orders & payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we never see or store your card details. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund you in full if we do.
4. Shipping
Orders dispatch from Sequim, Washington within 48 hours, excluding Sundays and postal holidays. Carrier delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on orders of $75 or more, and on any order including The Starter Trio; otherwise, a flat rate applies at checkout. If you need an order sent outside the United States, contact us and we'll arrange it. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier's confirmed address. 5. Candle safety
Burn candles within sight, away from drafts, children, pets, and anything flammable. Trim wicks to ¼ inch before each burn and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Doors at 7 Co. is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse of our products.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — the name Doors at 7 Co., our labels, definitions, photography, and copy — is our property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doors at 7 Co.'s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clallam County, Washington.
